The Comical Mystery Tour ensemble and invites the public to join the fun on Saturday, November 24th. They return to the mansion with a new holiday program, “Twas the Night of the Murder.” Doors open at 5:00 pm. Program starts and first course served at 5:30 pm.
The town is celebrating the 150th year of the Holiday Festival in Garland Florida. The regular reader of the holiday stories has somehow come down with a terrible case of laryngitis. A stranger in town, Sam T, has been drafted to do the reading, but someone with no holiday spirit feels very let down and closes the chapter on Sam. Was it Holly Berry? The organizer extraordinaire requires perfection in everything she manages? Was it Barry Dingle, the hen pecked husband? He is dragged along to the event every year, because he wants a year off to travel up north and see snow for Christmas. Could it have been Mary Berry-Dingle? She is the rebellious step daughter that hates all things happy. Then, there is also Ted N. Baum. He is the town historian and owns Bah Hamburg, the local burger joint. He hates the holiday season because he has to close for a week every year while the festival runs its course. Come and see if you can find out “who dunnit.”
In production since 1995, The Comical Mystery Tour has had over 50,000 audience members viewing and/or participating in their programs. The ensemble appears regularly at Ventfort Hall.
Cost to attend is $40 per person including a full course dinner. A cash bar is available for beer and wine. Reservations are required by Monday, Nov. 19th. Seating is limited. For reservations call us at 413-637-3206.
